Size Exchange

Size exchanges may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

1. The product must be couriered back by the customer within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
3. The product should be returned with its original packaging, tags, and other applicable accessories.
4. For an exchange order, a coupon code will be provided after deducting ₹100 towards shipping charges from the product value.

Coupon Code Details

1. The coupon code will be issued after the returned parcel reaches Dhanishka Fashion.
2. The coupon code will be valid for 1 month from the date it is issued through WhatsApp.
3. The coupon code can be used to purchase any eligible product from our website.
4. The exchange process may take approximately 15–20 days, depending on the return shipment and processing time.

Return Policy

1. Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect/wrong product.
2. An unboxing video without cuts or edits is mandatory for defective, damaged, or wrong-product return/exchange claims.
3. Customers should contact Dhanishka Fashion as soon as possible after receiving the order if they identify any issue with the product.
4. The product may need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or coupon is issued.
5. For approved defective, damaged, or wrong-product claims, a coupon code will be provided instead of a monetary refund.
